Workshop terms
Last updated 6 November 2026
These terms apply when you book a place on one of Liza’s ceramics workshops through this website.
The organizer
Workshops are run by Nacsa-Nagy Liza, sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó). You can reach her at nacsanagyliza@gmail.com. Her full details are in the impresszum.
What a place includes
The venue, tools and clays, two firings, a final clear protective glaze, and Liza’s guidance. Your finished pieces are handed back before Christmas; Liza arranges the handover with each participant.
Price
The price is per place, as shown on the workshop page, in Hungarian forints. It is the final price.
Booking and payment
You book on this website and pay by bank card through myPOS: either on the payment page when you book, or through a payment link Liza emails you. Your place is confirmed once it is paid.
If you can’t attend
What you paid is not refunded, but you can:
- pass your place to someone else: email Liza their name at nacsanagyliza@gmail.com
- keep it as a voucher for a later workshop, valid for 12 months
No right of withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, because a workshop is a leisure service for a specific date (Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) on consumer contracts, section 29(1)(l)).
If a workshop can’t go ahead
If fewer than 3 people sign up for a date, or the workshop can’t take place for reasons outside Liza’s control, it moves. You can then switch to another date or get a full refund.
Photos
Liza takes photos only of participants who agreed to it. How they are used is in the privacy notice.
Complaints
Email complaints to nacsanagyliza@gmail.com. If you are a consumer, you can also turn to the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület, bekeltet.bkik.hu).
Applicable law
Hungarian law applies to these terms and to your booking.
